How many cars fit in your driveway?
We can accommodate 6 cars in our driveway when there is not snow, making it convenient for guests staying at our vacation rental in Killington, Vermont. During ski season, we can accommodate 4 to 5 cars, ensuring easy access for those looking to enjoy the ski in ski out experience.
Do you need 4WD?
Our vacation rental in Killington, Vermont is situated up a mountain road. In winter, we recommend using an AWD/4WD vehicle for easy access, especially for those looking to enjoy ski in ski out convenience.
Is the house ski on ski off?
Yes! During the prime ski season in Killington, Vermont (late December to late March, conditions permitting), our vacation rental provides easy access to the Home Stretch Ski Trail. Simply walk or ski down a small hill to the edge of our property and cross a short bridge to reach this ski in ski out trail. The trail leads you down to the Skyeship Base Station. To return to our home, you can either come back via the small footbridge onto our property or stop at the second tunnel on the ski trail and take a short walk down the road to the house.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate your furry friends in our vacation rental located in Killington Vermont, which offers convenient ski in ski out access.
Are children allowed?
Of course! We view our home in Killington, Vermont, as a family vacation rental. While we do have some childproof means in place, the entire home is not childproof, especially since it's a ski in ski out property.
Are linens provided?
Yes! All beds in our vacation rental in Killington, Vermont will have linens. We also offer a full towel set per guest, making your ski in ski out experience even more comfortable.
Is the kitchen fully stocked?
Yes! In our vacation rental located in Killington, Vermont, you'll find a full set of pots and pans, baking dishes, utensils, a coffee pot, a coffee bean grinder, a crock pot, and a waffle maker. Where do you reccomend for gear rentals?
First Stop Ski Shop and Board Barn is the closest shop to your vacation rental and conveniently, the best in Killington, Vermont! You'll pass it on your way to and from the Haus as you enter and exit this ski in ski out destination. They offer great prices and a full rental setup, including demo skis. Plus, they even provide gear delivery and pickup!
